"I was disappointed that the booking process did not make it clear that there would be additional charges for a delayed flight. (In fact, I have yet to check that this was in the information received at all). This made what already seemed quite a pricey taxi service even more expensive with an additional £20 for an hour's delay. It was fortunate that we happened to have some cash at home as the driver couldn't accept cards. I would not have been impressed if, on arriving home after a long journey, I had to take a trip out to a cash machine."
