"After a long flight back to london, it was an easy meet and greet at the airport for the taxi home. However, despite getting through the airport in 30 mins to meet the driver, we were then told on the drive back that we would need to pay an additional £5 to the taxi company for the extra waiting time. Given it clearly states 1 hour in the booking, i was really disappointed to have to argue about it and it left me feeling that maybe the taxi company being used by Taxicode wasn't the most professional outfit to have been booked on. It could have been a good journey but the last thing you want after a long flight is to haggle over prices for something you have paid for."
