"1) Not impressed to be called twice whether I can change booking from 15.00 to 14.30, and actually feel that you try to push me into saying yes.
2) Very impresses with car, with way of driving (carefully and pleasant) and with fact that driver waitrd with a smile whilst we were late, due to being stuck in traffic another place.
